Existing systems review & take over

Existing Maintenance review

A very simple service offered by us here at TN2 security Ltd that takes no more than 10 minutes of your time and no costs to you.

You provide us with your last year’s expenditure for the maintenance on your fire extinguishers, emergency lighting fire and security system. We carry out a review this we will then put forward a written proposal for us to take over the maintenance for you.

The benefits to you are reduced costs, single point of contact, and improved level of service and paying by monthly direct debit will make budgeting easier for you.

Existing system take over

If you have an existing system being maintained (or not) that you would like us to maintain for you no problem.

All you have to do is contact us we will then arrange for a surveyor to visit to carry out a visual inspection and discuss options available to you

As a minimum we will be rebranding the outside sounder and dummy box and carry out a test and commission of the system.

Anything found to be a fault it will be brought to your attention so remedial action can agreed we do not carry out any works without your consent.

Following satisfactory completion of the takeover we will issue a certificate of compliance.

You will now be able to use the services as detailed under the system maintenance description.
