Preventative maintenance is a requirement of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 they need to be maintained on a yearly basis.
All maintenance will be carried out to BS5306-3

All maintenance contracts are paid yearly in advance or for your convenience you can pay monthly by direct debit with no additional charge.
